Plan on visiting the City of Brotherly love for our upcoming events? You’re in the right place! We have some cool deals worked out for you.
Box Office & Tickets
Pre-order tickets and passes will be available shortly through International House Philadelphia. During the festival, tickets can be purchased via cash or credit card at the main box office, International House Philadelphia, 3701 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (google map) All screenings also take place at this venue.
For PFAF Official Selections, Judges, hosts, speakers, honored guests, submitters to PFAF, and other VIPs, your tickets and passes can be claimed at the Project Twenty1 tables, also located in the I-House lobby, right next to the box office.
Off the bat, we should mention that it is a BUSY weekend in University City, so if you find a great deal somewhere, snag it! Still, here are a couple of awesome deals we’ve found for you this year:
We have worked out a discounted rate with the nearby Homewood Suites by Hilton University City, located at 4109 Walnut St. (only 3 blocks from International House Philadelphia) They are offering PFAF attendees a block of 10 discounted rooms starting at $229/night (regularly $299) if booked before September 19th. The signup link is HERE. After Sept. 19, these rooms get released to the general public, so book quickly!
Another great option we recommend would be our friends at Travel By Simon. Beyond their being supporters of Project Twenty1, we, the festival organizers, have personally used Travel By Simon for booking arrangements in our last several business trips. Simon’s rates BEAT those of online sites like expedia or orbitz (which have hidden fees), and he certainly beats the heck out of their customer service. He is running a group rate for Project Twenty1 and PFAF attendees this year, so we recommend calling or emailing Travel By Simon and telling them Project Twenty1 sent you! We’re sure you’ll get the best options and rates around.
Lastly, we love the Sheraton University City. We don’t have a specific discount rate allocated this year because they’re extremely booked that weekend, but they said they love Project Twenty1 and our community anyway. So here’s the link to the Sheraton University City in case they happen to have ANY availabilities. They are super-convenient, being right next door to our primary screening venue.
