Within the 21-Day Competition, Awards will be given for:

Best Live-Action Film

Best Animation

Best Directing

Best Writing

Best Cinematography

Best Acting

Best Editing

Best Special Effects

Best Sound Design

Best Music

Best Marketing

The Festival will also give out the annual EPIC Award, to the person or group that most embodies the collaborative and community spirit of Project Twenty1.

All PFAF Official Selections will receive:

  • Guaranteed screening of their film at Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival, September 29th-October 2nd in Philadelphia.
  • Two free VIP all-access passes to the 2011 Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival
  • A free voucher to enter 21-Day Filmmaking Competition AND Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival in 2012

The Best Film & Best Animation winners “Best Film” of PFAF will receive:

  • Free admission into the 21-Day Competition 2012
  • Voucher to submit a short or feature film into the 2012 Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival
  • The coveted Project Twenty1 trophy
  • Assorted Software Packages (based on category)

The Grand Prize winners “Best Film” of the 21-Day Filmmaking Competition will receive:

  • A package from Sony Creative Software worth over $1000, including Vegas Pro 10 and a massive collection of Sony Loop Libraries
  • One copy of Final Draft 8, professional screenwriting software
  • Free admission into the 21-Day Competition 2012
  • Voucher to submit a short or feature film into the 2012 Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival
  • The coveted Project Twenty1 trophy
  • Guaranteed spot on the 2011 Project Twenty1 DVD
