“The Burning House” is a black comedy telling the story of a young, cursed yuppie (TRYSTAN, played by Sean Close) forced to survive on the streets using only his dim wits and an assortment of useless designer possessions: a vintage toaster, cardamom-scented candles, a rabbit skull, etc.

Written and directed by award-winning filmmaking duo Scott & Karl (, whose music videos for Spank Rock, Big Freedia, and Toro y Moi garnered massive plays and acclaim and are now
on permanent display in the Blogosphere’s “Yesterday Dumpster.”
