Donate to support our students & educational program.
Project Twenty1 believes that students should receive an education – even if they cannot afford it. Tuition to Project Twenty1′s educational internship program is FREE – but we can’t do it without your support. Currently, there is a waiting list of students seeking college credits, real-world experience, job-placement opportuities, and a foot in the door into Philadelphia’s film & animation industry. With your 100% tax-deductible donation, you can help students receive free SEPTA passes and tokens, college credit, hot meals, books, upgraded computers, and the education they deserve. We only have until August, 2013 to raise $12,000 for this program in order to start accepting students into this program again in Fall 2013. Donations over $1,000 with receive personalized letters from the students involved in this program, as well as periodic updates about their progress. Your donation will help provide:
- Student Transportation Reimbursements (public transit pass, ticket & token reimbursements)
- Hot lunches

Donate to help the Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival directly!
Project Twenty1, a 501(c)(3) arts charity with the EPIC mission to Exhibit, Promote, Inspire & Connect creatives through film & animation since 2006, needs your help! Dozens of volunteers have banded together to raise $35,000 for the annual Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival (PFAF), a celebration of truly independent film & animation from all over the world at the International House Philadelphia. 100% of these funds will be used to coordinate 4-days of international independent film & animation screenings, educational lectures, and career-connection events aimed towards turning artistic passions into sustainable careers in the arts. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a program that celebrates the top emerging artists before they are famous! Many of our past participants have moved on to receive national media attention, distribution deals, and Emmy® Awards after participating in PFAF. Without your help, these non-commercially distributed filmic jewels will remain unseen by the public eye. These donations are 100% tax-deductible, and anyone that donates $50+ before July 7, 2013 will be acknowledged in our annual program. (Please remember to include the name of the person(s)/business you would like acknowledged with your donation.) “In our current economic climate, it is critical that independent organizations like Project Twenty1 receive support from the community and government in order for arts, education, and community events to thrive.” – Senator Daylin Leach
In the last year, Project Twenty1 has expanded to support our exploding community of creatives year-round. In Philadelphia, we run film festivals, educational workshops, and networking events to bring the magic of independent film to our community. Last but not least, we provide local students with education programs and provide them with connections that create jobs. In Norristown, we’ve transformed the landscape of Dekalb Street by co-founding Norristown Arts Hill, where we host free annual street fairs and screening events, helping artists find affordable rental properties, and boost the local economy through film production.
If you’ve attended one of our events in the past, you have witnessed first-hand the exciting effect our events and programs have on the independent arts community in Philadelphia. Since most grants and sponsorships have disappeared due to the economic crisis, Project Twenty1 relies on individual contributions to remain sustainable.
These donations are 100% tax-deductible, and anyone that donates $49+ before July 7, 2013 will be acknowledged in our annual 2013 Philadelphia Film & Animation Festival program. (Please remember to include the name of the person(s)/business you would like acknowledged with your donation).
