Norristown Arts Hill hosted an open house for artists from the surrounding greater Philadelphia community to come and see the available spaces, so that they could bring their businesses here and be part of the Norristown arts community. See highlights of the opening speeches, and a brief glimpse of a few of the similar spaces that other local groups have occupied.
