As though we needed additional proof that Philly is the place to be for film these days…
Project Twenty1 is thrilled to help welcome a brand new Philadelphia-region festival!
The Urban Suburban Film Festival (USFF) was created to bring together artists who have a passion for film making, and seek to find an opportunity to showcase, and distribute their film. The USFF will also provide an opportunity for the businesses associated with the organization, to collaborate with talented individuals, and increase their involvement in the community.
The USFF will host a festival showcase that will involve film screenings, workshops, and panel discussions. The three day event, starting today, Thursday, June 18th, will highlight screenings from narratives, documentaries, animation, and short films. Each artist will be recognized for their work, and give a brief synopsis of why their film was made.
If you stop by the Crown Plaza Hotel on City Line Ave. (4100 Presidential Blvd. Philadelphia), be sure to visit Project Twenty1’s booth, where we will be giving out coupons for our 21-Day Filmmaking Competition Signups and submissions to the Philadelphia Filmathon, and information on our massive networking party and Launch Event, August 1st.
Hope to see you there! It’s sure to be a good time!
