Attention local musicians, filmmakers, actors, writers, and so forth! ProjectTwenty1’s launch party hits the International House this Saturday, and they want YOU.

Starting July 19th and running until August 9th, at least 30 Project Twenty1 Teams will be working on original short films and animations. They’ve only got 21 days (get it, ProjectTwenty1?) to create their shorts, and the secret theme of the festival will be announced on July 19th.

If you’re one of Philly’s creative types, you might want to stop by the International House for the launch event. It’s free and open to the public. Make sure you bring plenty of business cards, demo cds, headshots, writing samples… or hey, just stop by to hang out, mingle, and grab some free food. If you’re really set on joining a team, here’s what you have to do.

1. Post up your info on Project Twenty1’s message board.

2: RSVP, either on their Meetup Posting or their Facebook Event.

3. Show up to the event at International House!

Want to create a team of your own? You’ve still got a few days. Visit ProjectTwenty1’s website for more information.
